Hall & Facilities Rentals

The West Creston Community Hall Society rents out the Community Hall and/or adjacent grounds as a source of revenue. Rentals are NOT restricted, and the facilities may be used by anyone or any group that meets the Society's rental criteria. The facility is pet friendly.

When you combine the quality of the facilities with the tranquility and splendor of the country setting, it will be hard to beat!

Please keep in mind that the prime rental times are taken quickly, and all bookings are on a "first-come" basis.

Here is an outline of some of the features of the facility.

Building: The Hall was constructed and opened in 2000. It features a large full service kitchen with all the hardware, bar outlet, hardwood floors, and modern washroom facilities. The approved capacity of the facility is 125. The building is wheerchair accessible.

Outdoor Amenities: This is a family environment, with children's playground equipment and picnic tables for the perfect family outing.

For the larger groups, you might try the horseshoe pits, or have a nice fire at the large fire pit, or roll out your own activity on the spacous lawn area.

Camping Sites: There are a number of perfect tenting sites and potential trailer spots, depending on the size of your units and your desired layout.

The camping facilities may also be used by small groups or a single camper, at the discretion of the Rental Director.

The picnic tables are plenty and may be moved to suit your occasion. There are modern outdoor washrooms available for all those who are camping.

Security: In addition to the above features, the facility has an on-site resident caretaker, who is available to troubleshoot in the event of a problem.

Rental Fees: Although the rental fee structure can not be outlined in detail, we will give some basic fees for your budgeting purposes. Keep in mind that it will vary depending on the length of the rental and the facilities that are needed.

All rentals are subject to the approval of the Rental Director and a deposit will be required at the time of the booking. Here's some rates for budgeting purposes, please call to confirm the current rates.
  • Hall - $110 / day
  • Hall & Kitchen - $170 / day
  • Hall (weekday hourly) - $10 / hour
  • Grounds only (all sites & washrooms) - $50 / day
  • Full Rental (Hall with kitchen & grounds for weekend) - $170 / day
Responsibilities: We only ask that you leave the facilities in the same condition as you have found them. When the kitchen facilities are being used, a damage deposit will be required.
